Live chat for WordPress and WooCommerce
The “Talkoly — live chat” plugin installs like any other WordPress plugin. Logged-in WooCommerce customers arrive in the chat with their name, email and phone already filled in.
A regular plugin
Download the archive from your dashboard, install it under “Plugins”, and the chat is on every page. Your site ID is already inside.
talkoly-wordpress.zipCustomer details in the chat
If a customer is logged in to their WooCommerce account, the operator sees their name, email and phone from the billing details right away.
Reply from Telegram
A message arrives in a bot, you reply to it, and the customer sees your answer on the site.
Available on the free planHow to install the WordPress chat plugin
- Sign up for Talkoly and add your website.
- In your dashboard: Settings → Sites → your site → “WordPress / WooCommerce plugin”. The talkoly-wordpress.zip archive will download — or right now: ⬇ download the plugin.
- In the WordPress admin: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → choose the archive → Install Now.
- Click “Activate”. The chat will appear on your site.
- Go back to your Talkoly dashboard and click “Check installation”.
The plugin works both on a regular WordPress site and on a WooCommerce store. The widget loads after the main content of the page and doesn’t slow down your site.
Plugin settings
The settings page is in the WordPress admin: Settings → Talkoly — chat. There you can:
- Turn the chat off for a while without deleting the plugin — for example, during a redesign.
- Turn customer data sharing on or off — name, email and phone from WooCommerce billing details for logged-in customers.
The operator doesn’t have to ask who’s writing or which number to call: the contacts are already on the conversation card. For guests without an account, when nobody is available, the offline form asks for a phone number, Telegram or email.
What a WooCommerce store gets
- Products from your feed. On the Business plan, connect a feed (a file with your products and prices) in Google Merchant, Prom, Rozetka or Horoshop format — operators can send product cards in the conversation, and the chat shows products while the customer waits.
- A monobank or LiqPay invoice through your own card payment account, with a “✅ Paid” mark in the conversation.
- Nova Poshta waybills (TTN) with status, and a delivery form where the customer picks a city and branch. Nova Poshta is Ukraine’s largest delivery service.
- Who’s on your site right now — page, city and traffic source; you can message a visitor first.
- Viber, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct in one inbox with your website chat.
- “Air raid” and “Power cut” modes that explain reply delays to customers.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free live chat plugin for WordPress?
Yes. The plugin is free, and the Start plan is free forever: 1 operator, 1 website, replies from Telegram, 30 days of chat history. For the first 14 days, every feature of the Pro plan works.
Which WooCommerce customer details does the operator see?
For customers logged in to their account — name, email and phone from the billing details. You can turn this off in “Settings → Talkoly — chat”.
How do I remove the chat from my site for a while?
Open “Settings → Talkoly — chat” in the WordPress admin and turn the chat off. The plugin stays installed, and you can turn it back on with one click.
Can I add the chat to WordPress without a plugin?
Yes, you can paste one line of code before </body> in your theme template. But the plugin is easier and can pass WooCommerce customer details to the chat.
Other platforms: OpenCart, Horoshop, Prom.ua. All guides are on the installation page, and features are in the live chat for your website section.
Or preview the chat on your own site without signing up
