Who this page is for

Prom.ua (Ukraine’s large online marketplace) gives companies not only a storefront on the marketplace, but also their own website on their own domain or subdomain. That website is where the Talkoly widget goes. The chat works with visitors to your site: they write in a small window in the corner of the page, and you reply in the Talkoly dashboard.

Messages and orders that come through the Prom marketplace itself stay in your Prom account — Talkoly doesn’t pull them in.

How to install the chat on a Prom website

  1. Sign up for Talkoly and add your company website — its name and domain.
  2. In your Talkoly dashboard, open Settings → Sites → your site and copy the line of code.
  3. In your Prom account, go to Settings → Site settings → “Code to insert”.
  4. Paste the code in the code field at the bottom of the page and save.
  5. Open your site and click “Check installation” in your Talkoly dashboard.
<script src="https://talkoly.com/w.js" data-site="ID" async></script>

In your dashboard, your site’s number will already be there instead of ID. The widget loads after the main content of the page and doesn’t slow down your site.

Your Prom catalog in the chat

Prom creates an XML feed for your site — a file with all your products, prices and photos that other services can read. On the Business plan, Talkoly imports products from this feed, and the chat helps you sell:

  • Product cards from the operator — photo, name and price right in the conversation, no hunting for links.
  • Products shown while the customer waits for the operator’s reply.
  • “We’ll let you know when it’s back or cheaper” — for products that are out of stock right now.
  • A mini-game for people who are waiting, so the customer doesn’t close the tab.

What else your site gets

  • Replies from Telegram. A message arrives in a bot, and you reply to it. Works even on the free plan.
  • Offline form. When nobody is available, the chat collects a phone number, Telegram or email.
  • Who’s on your site right now — page, city, traffic source; you can message a visitor first.
  • A monobank or LiqPay invoice with a “✅ Paid” mark in the conversation, and Nova Poshta waybills (TTN) with delivery status.
  • “Air raid” and “Power cut” modes that explain delays to customers and collect contacts.
