The widget loads after the main content of the page, so your website doesn’t get slower.
For a small store, this is often enough. For example, a craftswoman sells candles and ceramics, packs orders herself and answers customers herself. Messages from her website come to her Telegram next to her personal chats, and in the evening the offline form collects the numbers of people who wrote while she was busy.
Limits of the free version
Honestly, here’s what Start doesn’t include:
Keep the 30-day history in mind: older conversations aren’t visible on Start, so it’s best to write important agreements down on the customer card.
The free plan also doesn’t include products from your feed, payments in chat, Nova Poshta waybills, Viber and Instagram in one inbox, or sales analytics.
When to switch to a paid plan
- More than one person is answering. Business gives you up to 3 operators and 3 websites, plus handing a chat to a colleague.
- You want to sell right in the chat. Product cards, a monobank (a popular Ukrainian bank) or LiqPay invoice, Nova Poshta (Ukraine’s largest delivery service) waybills, upselling.
- Customers write in different messengers. Pro gives you Viber, Facebook and Instagram in one inbox.
- You need answers at night. Pro includes an AI assistant that answers from your store’s help articles.
