A CRM for your online store, built into the chat
Customers, their conversations, orders and agreements — all in one place, right where you already talk to shoppers. No separate program and no copying data by hand.
Contacts with history
Name, phone, email and every conversation with the customer — on one card. Open it and see right away what you talked about last time.
Contacts are included even on the free planDeals on a board
Each order is a card that you move between stages: “New”, “Waiting for payment”, “Shipped”.
Pro planTasks and reminders
“Call back on Friday”, “Message her when the new batch arrives” — the reminder shows up in your dashboard and in Telegram.
Pro planWhat a CRM is and why a store needs one
A CRM is a list of your customers and deals with their history: who asked about what, what they bought, and what you agreed on. Without one, all of this lives in a manager’s head, in a notebook, or in chat messages that are hard to find.
An example. A customer asked in the chat about a ceramic tea set, but it was out of stock. Two weeks later the new batch arrives. With a CRM, you see her contact, the tag “waiting for tea set” and a reminder for today — so you message her first. Without a CRM, she simply gets forgotten.
What the CRM in Talkoly can do
- Customer card. Contact details and every conversation from your website chat, plus Viber, Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct if you’ve connected them to one inbox.
- Tags. Short labels like “wholesale”, “regular” or “waiting for item”. They make it easy to find the right people.
- Custom fields. Add whatever matters to you: clothing size, a dog’s breed for a pet store, a car’s VIN for an auto parts shop.
- Deals (kanban). Kanban is a board with columns for each stage. A deal card moves from column to column, so you can see what step every order is at.
- Tasks with reminders. Linked to a customer or a deal. The reminder arrives in your dashboard and in Telegram, so it won’t get lost even on your day off.
- CSV export. CSV is a simple spreadsheet file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets. You can export your contacts, for example, to send a mailing.
Honestly: what it is and what it isn’t
The CRM in Talkoly is light and built into the chat. It’s made so you don’t lose customers and agreements from your conversations. It doesn’t replace a full accounting system: there’s no stock tracking, bookkeeping or supplier invoices here.
If you already have a large accounting system, the CRM in the chat can be a handy add-on for your operators: they see the customer’s history without switching between programs. The Pro plan has webhooks — an automatic way to send events from the chat to another program.
How to get started
- Sign up and add the chat to your website — one line of code or a plugin.
- Reply to customers as usual — contacts appear in the CRM on their own.
- Add the tags and custom fields your store needs.
- Set up deal stages on the board and create tasks with reminders.
To close deals faster, connect payments in chat and Nova Poshta (Ukraine’s largest delivery service) waybills — everything shows up in the same conversation.
